Hey fellow mates, how are you all doing ? Hope you all are well. Yup, I have come up with new ideas and am happy to connect with you again through another fruitful experience , so let’s start. How to improve yourself to become a girl boss?  What are the steps to follow? If you follow these 10 mantras, you will get some idea and this blog is neither about feminism nor gender comparison, but the qualities of the girl boss. Well, Girl boss taking up the management position is a threat to the masculinity? Obviously not. Women are not here to dominate or threaten the opposite sex. Everyone is unique in their own style. So let’s get started . Here some of the basic habits,

1. Being a morning person :

Its undeniable benefit is exploring new things. For example, if you wake up at 6 am every day, instead of that try to wake up an hour before. You can exercise , read , meditate or do anything you like. So it helps you to be more productive.

2. Make a note :

Trust me, pre-planning makes you feel like a boss. It helps you not to forget anything, just write down a daily schedule before the day starts, like what are the things you have to do in the whole day. It helps you to be highly organised and keep track of your schedule. So it makes you less stressed and helps you accomplish goal.

3. Self-talk :

Make some space for you, create a good atmosphere, have some cup of coffee, talk to yourself. This is a crucial part that everyone skips because we all are busy sharing thoughts with others, it’s actually a good thing to discuss with others but not completely. First, you have to know yourself . What are the things you really want? Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Keep on asking yourself to find out short and long term goals. These kind of question leads you to get focused on crystal clear vision of your dreams.

4.  Health conscious :

Achieving your goal is important, but taking care of your health and following a diet is even more important. Being a boss is a more stressful job, fighting for success, conflict with competitors, despite all issues, you have concentrated on your health. Make sure you get to sleep for 7-8 hours a day.

5. Good at listening :

Listening is more important when you start a conversation or talk about particular things. It’s very effective to create positive circumstances to understand the co-worker’s perception. It might be a strong bond between the boss and employees.

6. Don’t be a procrastinator :

We all are familiar with procrastination. When we set an alarm at night, once the alarm begins to ring, we obviously snooze it and try to sleep again. I hope everyone has done this once in a while. So the day starts with some delay, Don’t let procrastination take over your life. Just implement these things to avoid procrastinating :
* Create a deadline for your goal
* Listen to motivational videos
* Talk in front of the mirror( regarding your achievement or outcome)
* Create a good environment( like a Buddha idol, indoor plant , smiley , stickers etc)

7.Self-motivation :

Self-motivation is the best healer to come out from failures. Sometimes, we can lose hopes of the things that we want to actually achieve, it leads you frustrated over stuff. Keep your failure aside, hustle yourself even harder than before .

8. Stay updated :

It’s very important to know what’s happening around . Though it’s quite difficult to sit in a place for a long time to read the newspaper. Fortunately, we have a News app and I believe that is more than enough to stay updated.
What if I am bored to read app news?
Well, you don’t need to read anything, just plug in your earphones and listen to the news. I guess, The Hindu app has the speaker option.

9. Neglect negative people :

Hangout with your favorite person who encourages you to do things. Don’t get distracted from negative people, they will insist you to go to the wrong path. Surround with the people who are honest, engaged and confident enough on their own quest to support you.

10. Having gratitude towards yourself :

Before going to bed, just give thanks to yourself or recite something like ” I deserve the best, I know am worth to receive appreciation”. Likewise, make a list of the things you like about yourself and turn out the best version of you.
